Besides counter sales, products delivery would be made against online orders. However, we appreciate if the customer could call us (Our contact no. 9449004956 / 8095000388 / 8277078435) to understand about supply feasibility and then make the payment. If the customer has a valid reason can also cancel the order by calling us before the product/ produce dispatched. The Courts at Bengaluru shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this arrangement.
Online order placement and payment: Order for Way2Foods products such as vegetables and groceries can be placed online after understanding about our products through our websites and other online platforms (also through phone calls). The order placement process by the customer will end only after making payment i.e., payment has to be made prior to the delivery. Payment will be accepted to a) our current account: Way2Agribusiness India Pvt. Ltd., Account no. - 313505000175, IFSC code – ICIC0003135, Branch – Mahalakshmipuram, Bengaluru – 560096 and b) Google Pay/ PhonePe mobile number 9449004956 besides through payment gateway in case of www.way2foods.in. After making payment, proof of the same has to be shared with us along with the address for delivery. If not possible to execute the order, amount will be refunded.
Delivery mechanism: If the order is placed on the Day-1 before 4.30 pm, the product will be dispatched on the same day with few exceptions. Unless specific requirement of the customers regarding the transport agency, we will transport through VRL Logistics for supply outside Bengaluru as traceability will not be an issue with them. Availability of delivery centre near the customers place and “to pay” are other key factors to be considered. During normal course, the product will reach on the Day-3 if outside Bengaluru but within Karnataka. If within Bengaluru, we supply through logistic service providers such as Porter, Dunzo & others depending upon their service availability and delivery happens on the same day. Transportation cost will be extra in both the case.

www.way2foods.in is for the customers such as 1) individuals buying small quantities who wish to collect the produce at our outlet at APMC, Yashwanthpur in Bengaluru, 2) individuals at their office premises/ work stations with collectively higher quantity, 3) institutions with large internal consumption, 4) hotels, restaurants and clubs, 5) star-hotels, 6) vegetable shops, 7) mutts, church and charitable institutions, 8) caterers and party halls and 9) bulk buyers including those who are looking for cut vegetables. Customers buying very small quantities of low value (less than Rs.1000) need to visit our retail outlet and collect their requirements. The customers eligible for door delivery logistics support are those who wish to buy regularly or at least once in a week and better volumes. If not transportation charges will be applicable.Prices specified and appearing for the product/ crop in the website will be effective for transaction from 9.30 and 11.30 am and for rest all the time prices will only be indicative. This is due to the fact that vegetables prices in particular fluctuate highly and transaction is also getting affected these days due to Corona lockdown.
Order placement, delivery and applicable prices– Our services and delivery would be made available for the crops listed including combo packs only in Bengaluru. If the order is placed on the Day-1, the produce will be supplied within end of Day-2 and in exceptional cases beyond our control up to Day-4. We update the prices every day by around 9.30 am and it will be effective for transaction for 2 hours i.e., until 11.30 am. Any payment made by the customers other than for these two hours will be adjusted with the next day prices. To illustrate the same, a) if the price are higher, the customer will have to pay the difference, b) if prices declines, necessary refund will be made and c) if delivery cannot be made, entire amount will be refunded. Transportation cost will be extra and it will be nominal as mostly as per India Post Business parcel charges, which has to be payable before we dispatch the produce/ product from our outlet in APMC - Yeshwanthpur. Besides direct lifting the produce from the customers from our outlet, our channel of supply include Indian Post, own team, 3rd party/ transport agency etc. depending upon the suitability and it will varyand therefore transportation charges kept separately. If the produce is highly perishable, we will not deliver through India Post but we advise the customers to collect from our outlet or if possible we arrange dispatch through our own team by charging for the same.With respect to “Bulk order” and “Cut Vegetables”, we will contact the potential customer upon receiving inquiryand take up suitable decision based on supply feasibility including transportation.
Order cancellation and return & refundsdue to quality issue- You as a customer can cancel your order by calling usany time before the produce/ order is dispatched. We as a supplier can also cancel order by informing the customer due to the crop/ products non availability and also if the transaction cannot be executed due to various other reasons. In such a case, we refund payments already made by you for the order. If customers not happy with the quality due to valid reasons, we replace or adjust with subsequent bill or refund the money collectedsubject to the condition that the customer would inform immediatelyafter receipt of the crop/ products to us incl. our delivery team. If we suspect any manipulative/ fraudulent transactions by the customer which violates the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders and cancel any orders placed by them in future.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction - The Courts at Bengaluru shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement.
