At Way2Foods.in, we make sure your fresh food gets to your home anywhere in India quickly, safely, and without any problem. Here's how we send your orders and what to expect along the way.
Heads up: This Shipping Policy applies only to products sold and shipped directly by Way2Foods. Orders placed with vendors (FPOs/APMCs) on our platform are shipped and managed by the respective seller.

Order Processing
- Orders before 6 PM IST on business days usually ship the same day.
- After 6 PM or on weekends/holidays? We handle it next business day.
- Peak season = possible slight delays. We'll keep you posted.
Shipping Methods & Partners
- We team up with trusted couriers who know fresh produce and serve.
- Options: Standard, Express, or Bulk shipments.
- Shipping cost depends on weight, size, and your delivery spot—calculated at checkout.
Delivery Times
- Standard: 2–5 business days in metro and major cities.
- Remote/rural: Up to 7–10 days, depending on location.
- Express: 1–2 business days in select areas.
Track Your Order
- Check status on our site or courier's portal.
- Bulk/special orders? We'll keep you updated personally.
Shipping Limits & Rules
- We ship only within India, currently in Karnataka (Bangalore).
- Some perishables or valuable goods may need special packaging—affects shipping choices.
- No deliveries to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your order shows up damaged or missing, tell us within 48 hours.
- We'll sort it out with replacement, refund, or compensation after checking.
- Always inspect packages on delivery and report issues fast.
COD & Prepaid Orders
- We accept both Cash on Delivery (COD) and prepaid payments.
- COD is only available for select pin codes—check at checkout.
- Prepaid orders get priority processing and faster dispatch.
